Coconut & Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 1/2 (235g) cups fresh blueberries
2 cups (500ml) coconut water
1/2 cup (125g) coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
4 tablespoon chia seeds
2 slices pineapple,
1 kiwi, sliced
1 star fruit, sliced
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
edible flowers for decoration

Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

Top with pineapple, kiwi, star fruit, a sprinkle of coconut flakes and edible flowers. Serve immediately.
