Coconut & Blueberry Smoothie

A fun coconut and blueberry smoothie for some fun in the sun

 1 ½ cups (235g) fresh blueberries
 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
 ½ cup (125g) coconut yoghurt
 1 tbsp flax seed meal
 4 tbsp chia seeds
 2 slices of pineapple
 1 kiwi, sliced
 1 star fruit, sliced
 2 tbsp coconut flakes
 edible flowers for decoration

Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

Top with pineapple, kiwi, star fruit, a sprinkle of coconut flakes and edible flowers. Serve immediately.
