Chocolate & Blueberry Bark
Ingredients
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 tablespoon dried rose-petals
1 orange, zested
2 tablespoons goji berries
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
In a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt chocolate until smooth.
Line a 20x30cm oven tray with baking paper and carefully remove chocolate from heat and spread over the tray with a spatula.
Moving quickly, sprinkle with the slivered almonds, rose petals, orange zest, goji berries and blueberries over, making sure to gently press the blueberries into the chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until solid. Break into bite-size pieces and serve.
(Keeps for 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge.)
