300g (1 cup) fresh blueberries 3/4 cup ice 2 tbs rice malt syrup 2 sprigs mint 400ml coconut water 2 tbs, flaked coconut, for garnish 37g (1/4 cup) fresh blueberries, for garnish 2 slices fresh lime, for garnish
Place blueberries, ice, rice malt syrup, mint and coconut water into a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds and pour into serving glasses.
Garnish with flaked coconut, fresh blueberries and a lime slice.
