Embrace the tastes of summer with this Blueberry and Coconut Slushie.

 300 g fresh Australian blueberries
 ¾ cup ice
 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
 2 sprigs mint
 400 ml coconut water
 2 tbsp flaked coconut, for garnish
 ¼ cup fresh blueberries, for garnish
 2 slices fresh lime, for garnish

Place blueberries, ice, rice malt syrup, mint and coconut water into a blender.

Blend for 30 seconds and pour into serving glasses.

Garnish with flaked coconut, fresh blueberries and a lime slice.
