Blueberry & Avocado Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
250g (2 cups) fresh blueberries
1 large banana, frozen
1 medium ripe avocado
250 ml almond milk
2 tbs pure Australian honey
Fresh blueberries, to garnish
Chia seeds, to garnish
Cacao nibs, to garnish
Bee pollen, to garnish
Edible flowers, to garnish
Dragon fruit, to garnish
Combine bananas, fresh blueberries, cacao powder, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, rice malt syrup and Acai powder into a high-powered blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with sliced banana, more fresh blueberries, cacao nibs and bee pollen.
