The perfect summer snack

 2 cups of fresh blueberries 
 2 cups of reduced-fat Greek natural yogurt
 2 tbsp honey

Place blueberries in a medium bowl and crush with a fork until smooth.

Add yogurt and honey and mix well.

Spoon mixture evenly into 6 ice block moulds.

Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight if possible.
