1x 750ml bottle dry white wine such as chardonnay or sauvignon blanc
1 ½cups(375ml) lemonade
2x 125g punnets blueberries
1peach, thinly sliced
2tbspcaster sugar
1large handful mint leaves
½tspfinely grated ginger
2cupscrushed ice

Combine the wine, lemonade, blueberries, peach, caster sugar, mint leaves and ginger in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, to infuse the flavours.
