White Sangria with Blueberry, Peach & Mint

A light and easy party drink with a fruity twist!

 1 x 750ml bottle dry white wine such as chardonnay or sauvignon blanc
 1 ½ cups (375ml) lemonade
 2 x 125g punnets blueberries
 1 peach, thinly sliced
 2 tbsp caster sugar
 1 large handful mint leaves
 ½ tsp finely grated ginger
 2 cups crushed ice

Combine the wine, lemonade, blueberries, peach, caster sugar, mint leaves and ginger in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, to infuse the flavours.

Add crushed ice and serve.
