Blueberry Energiser Smoothie

Pep up your day with this delicious Blueberry Energiser Smoothie

 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 ½ cup Coconut Water
 3 punnets of Fresh Australian Blueberries
 ½ Avocado
 ½ Frozen Banana
 ½ cup Coconut Yoghurt
 1 tbsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond Mix)
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Mix the chia seeds and coconut water together in a small bowl. Set aside for 10­–15 minutes, until the seeds absorb the liquid and swell.

Combine the chia seeds and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
